- Click on "Requests" up in the top navigation bar.

- Click on "Make Request" up in the top left of the white area.

- A box enclosing the make request form should show up. It will look like this picture:

- Fill in the title of your request. Don't include the year here, the site will add that to the title automatically. If it's a movie you're requesting, simply type the full name of the movie.

- Fill in the Year that the movie was released in theaters (or DVD if it was never in theaters), put the first year the TV-Show was on the air, the game/software/music was released, etc. If you don't know the year, try to look it up. If you still can't find it, put the current year. The reason you have to enter the year is to help us make sure we post the right item. Sometimes two movies or tv shows exist with the same exact title but 30 years apart.

- Select the Category that best fits your request. If it doesn't quite fit any of them, put it under Miscellaneous.

- An info link is also REQUIRED. Requests cannot be made without one. The info link is preferably an IMDB link for movies, a TV.com or TVRage.com link for TV-Series, Gamestop link for games, or Amazon link if you can't find any of these. If none of these are available, a different info link is acceptable.

- While it is optional, you will be notified via the provided email address when your request is posted. This prevents you from ever having to ask whether it has been posted, and even if it takes a year, you'll still get reminded when it's been fulfilled. A very handy thing!

- Finally, enter the CAPTCHA and click Submit.

- Provided everything has gone correctly, you'll see a message like this:

- To double check that we're telling the truth that it's been posted, go ahead and click on "Last Page".

- Once you're on the last page, scroll to the very bottom, and there it is!

- If for some reason you DON'T see your request there, one of two things happened. Either something was enterred incorrectly, and you didn't see the success message but instead saw an error message, or you have requests sorted in a different order.
